Much like Mishra's Factory, except this starts as an enchantment, not a land...

Sure. The ability doesn't have "tap" in the cost, so it's not restricted
by anything but "do I have priority?", "can I pay GG?", and "do I control
Still Life?".

>Can i ever use it to attack?

Sure. But not that first turn. You must have controlled the Still Life since
your turn -started- before it can attack while it's a creature.

>And if so: can i use it to attack in the turn i played it?

Nope. It's still 'sick'; you haven't yet controlled it continuously since your
turn started. And if it becomes a creature it -cares- whether it's "sick" or
not... and if it is still 'sick' can't attack. Once it stops being 'sick',
it won't be a 'sick' creature when animated, and can attack - but this
requires you to have controlled the permanent since the beginning of your
turn, which you haven't done yet that first turn.

>I understand that it is a creature, but

Nope. Creatures care whether they're 'sick' or not, regardless of whether they
are ALSO a land, enchantment, or artifact. Noncreatures don't care.

>And if it suffers from summoning sickness how could I ever use
>it to attack ?! [You are right, I _am_ confused how it works : ) ]

Because becoming a creature doesn't make it 'sick', or stop it being 'sick'
either - coming into play makes it 'sick', and changing controllers does too,
and starting your turn under your control STOPS it being 'sick'. That's
'sickness' in a nutshell, and combined with "only creatures care whether
they're sick" and "sick creatures can't attack and can't use Tap-symbol-cost
activated abilities", we derive that if you animate it that first turn, it
becomes a 'sick' creature and can't attack... while if you animate it on
a later turn of yours, it's not 'sick' any more and can attack just fine.
