Vise and Twist

I'm not going to post this in the 12 different threads that are going on,
so I'll give it a good subject and post it once :^)

I have yet to receive official wording or reasons, but there are also some
who believe I have not yet confirmed the changes to Banned and Restricted
for Type I and II.

Mind Twist is banned; Black Vise is restricted. This starts February 1.

Balance and Fork were restricted before I came to WotC, and that was more
than seven months ago. In my tenure here, we've made the following changes:
Banned: 2 new ante cards, Channel, Chaos Orb, Falling Star, Mind Twist
Restricted: Zuran Orb, Black Vise
Unrestricted: All "Summon Legend" and "Legendary Land" cards, though old
play rules apply.

All in all, it seems the DC has opened up far more doors than it's closed.

d...@wizards.com. Calm, considered letters will be read in full while
letters which are abusive or contain excessive profanity will be deleted
with no further consideration.

If you have questions for me, feel free to ask. In a matter of days we
should have a document up on the web site covering all the banned and
restricted cards, giving explanations for each. I'll try to post it here
when it's finalized.
