The Unsanctioned Format

I believe that I have constructed my own format of Magic: The
Gathering, which I will call The Unsanctioned Format. This is a
casual Magic: The Gathering format, which only has a few adjustments,
and they are as follows:

Hand-Size: No maximum hand-size. Must have atleast one card in hand,
otherwise a new hand of 7 must be drawn(running out of library cards
can be a real hassle).
Restricted Cards: No cards restricted. Must adhere to four card
limit.
Sacrificial Points: You may sacrifice any amount of life to draw extra
cards from your own deck. This must be done only during your turn.

Notes: The effects of any card may change the entire game, so card
effects will still apply.

Players are encouraged to make up their own rules within The
Unsanctioned Format.
