If I do a spell or enchantment that is talking about ALL players, or
ALL creatures, does this include me and my creatures.
For example:
Sorcery - Tremor(6th): Tremmor deals 1 damage to each creature without
flying.
Enchantment - Psychic Network: Each player reveals the top card of his
or her library to all other players by continously holding it against
his or her forehead. This does not allow a player to look at his or her
own card.

It does indeed, unless the card specifically says "This does not affect
you or your creatures".
Cosider the logic behind it: If you were a wizard, and you cast a spell
that caused a massive earthquake....would you and your minions be
affected by it? :)

Tremor hurts your creatures just as much as your opponent's.

Basically, Unglued didn't worry about too much logic anyhow. This card
basically enables you to be psychic about everyone but yourself. Every
player holds the top card to their forhead. Including you. But you
can't look at your own card. Makes sense, since it's attached to your
forhead. :)

Rules questions go on .rules, please.
Yes, it does; you are a player, and your creatures are creatures.
If a spell means "all players other than you", or 'all of your opponents',
or "all creatures you don't control", it will say so.

Tremor affects your creatures without flying, since it doesn't say otherwise.
Psychic Network affects you, since you're a player.
