[Tourney] Praxis Seizure: North Carolina - 20 March, 99

I'll be hosting Praxis Seizure: North Carolina (a DCI constructed deck
V:TES tournament) at Stellar Con this year in High Point, NC, on
Saturday, 20 March, 1999, at 12pm. I hope many of you can make it.

There's directions, etc. there. If you are without web browser
capabilities, feel free to contact me by e-mail for directions.
While at this time the web site doesn't include costs for entry into
the con for Gamers-Only, I've been told that there will be provisions
made for gamers to avoid the $20.00 entry fee (unless you want to go
into the rest of the Con, of course). If there is a nominal ($5.00)
entry fee at the door, I'm not going to charge anything for the
tourney. (If they try to charge more, we'll hold it in a resauraunt
nearby. ;-) If my sour demeanor encourages them to let gamers in for
free, we'll have an entry fee of ca. $5.00 to augment WotC prizes.
