I'm confused about the errata on the WW site. It says the following:
The "next vote you call this turn" is chosen/announced when the action is
declared, and is played/called (by the acting minion) by the resolution of
this action. This action is a political action. (The "next vote thereafter"
is still called as a separate action, though.) If the Charming Lobby action
is blocked, the Political Action Card (if any) that would have been played
for the initial referendum is not played or discarded.
Here's a scenario:
One of my minions takes the charming lobby action to call a referendum. Do
I have to announce the next vote another minion of mine will call at this
time or do I wait until the next political action is actually taken? I'm
assuming that's what the "next vote you call this turn" in the above errata
is, but the card text for Charming Lobby never mentions the "next vote you
call this turn."
In other words, if I want to charming lobby to play a praxis seizure and
then pass a KRC, do I have to announce the KRC referendum when taking the
initial CL action? The logic of this goes both ways for me. I'm assuming
that you don't have to announce the referendum as is the case with cryptic
rider (I'm assuming that's not changed).
Also, since it doesn't mention the part about the "next vote you call this
turn" in the card text, does that mean that my prey can call a vote and have
it pass automatically?
Sorry if the card text has been officially errata'd and I don't know about
it. I'm going by the text in the ELDB for this one. Thanks in advance.

See the references cited on (and linked from) the web page you're quoting:
Charming Lobby:
The vote to be called is played/named when the action is declared, and is
called (by the acting minion) by the resolution of this action. This action
is a political action.
and
Q: When do you play or select the referendum to be called by a Charming
Lobby? Since it is an action (and the effects of actions don't occur
if they are blocked), would the political action card (if any) be
burned if the action is blocked?
A: The referendum you are attempting to call is announced as part of
the declaration of the action (since actions are completely defined
when they are announced [6.2.1]). If the action is blocked, then the
card text doesn't take effect - so you don't burn the political
action card (if any) that you would've used to call the referendum.
So: announce which referendum you are calling when you announce the
action, but don't play the political action card until the time
comes to actually call it (when the action is successful). [6.1.6]
Note: This is a REVERSAL of previous rulings on this card.

The printed card text does.
VTES printed card text:
Charming Lobby. [Presence Action]
+1 stealth action
If this action is successful, and the next vote you call this turn passes, then the next vote thereafter passes automatically.
(M) As above, and gain 2 votes for the first vote.

No. You play CL and announce that you will call a PS (naming the exact PS).
If the CL action isn't blocked, you play the PS card. If the referendum
passes, then the effects are applied. If you then attempt to call KRC and
are not blocked, the referendum passes automatically.

Yes.

It is errata'ed, per the text you've quoted. The errata is incorporated into
the official card text online at the White Wolf web page (and indicated as
such with curly braces).

No, but when you play the Charming Lobby, you have to announce which
vote it will use.

When you play Charming Lobby, you announce "And this will be to call
Praxis Seizure: Houston."
You don't mention, during Charming Lobby, anything about KRC.
