Methuselah A's acting minion has just finished combat with Methuselah
B's blocking minion. Methuselah A wants to play superior Psyche! and
Methuselah B wants to play inferior Cat's Guidance.

Psyche! is played first, since A is acting, so the minions are in a
new combat before B can play his card. When can B play his Cat's
Guidance? Immediately, or only after all Psyche! combats, or at any
point after the first combat?

Psyche!: The superior will cancel any "continue action" effect produced
during the preceding combat (e.g. Form of Mist) [RTR 19950509]

a.. The superior is played after combat ends, even though the card is a
combat card. [RTR 19980928]
a.. Is played before superior Freak Drive or inferior Cats' Guidance can be
played to untap one of the combatants. (The combatants will have to wait
until after the next combat ends to play those cards.) [LSJ 19981216]
a.. No new cost need be paid for the block (Archon, Aching Beauty, Donal,
etc.) [TOM 19960303]
a.. The superior can be played before or after replacing any "Do Not Replace
Until After Combat" cards. [LSJ 19990322]

Psyche! is played first, but because its window occurs first. It doesn't
come down to "who is acting" because Cats' Guidance cannot be played until
a later time anyhow.

After the Psyche! combats.

Is it the same ruling for Fast Reaction, Hidden Lurker, and Coordinate
Attacks?

Coordinate Attacks has the same timing window, since it is also a
combat card.

Fast Reaction and Hidden Lurker are not combat cards.
They get no inherent precedence over Cats' Guidance, and so the
conflict would be resolved by 1.6.1.6. (Not that Fast Reaction would
ever "conflict" with Cats' Guidance in the normal course of events).

A conflict between Coordinate Attacks and Psyche! would also fall to
1.6.1.6 for resolution.
