untap phase, may he choose to become Camarilla?

Put this card in play with 10 counters. Whenever a non-anarch vampire
takes an action, burn a counter from this card. Burn this card when it
has no counters. During your untap phase, each anarch burns 1 life or
becomes Camarilla, and each ally burns 1 life.

If it was not an option, the wording would be more like "each anarch
burns 1 life; if they are unable to they become Camarilla."

Wouldn't be a big deal if anarchs had to burn a life; they don't have
a life, they're a bunch of whiny sissies. :P

With that wording, yes, but only if you currently control the Waiting
Game (ie you played it). Otherwise, you'd have to wait for the
controller's untap phase (when all anarchs are hit with the "burn
blood or become Camarilla" option).

OK, point of the matter being this allows vamps a route to becoming
camarilla thast is seperate from Teguyrius, Out of the fire, Writ of
acceptance, and the various votes. Correct?

Anarch Hard way is a lot simpler card wise than any other action....
This is now the least card intensive way to become Cam that exists...

Not untrue. ;) Just like 4 Waiting Game to be sure...

Only possible for non-titled though.
