The card reafears when the Vampire plays a card or when the Mathuselah when
this vamp is ready?
For exemple: when I play a master card that doesn't involve the vamp but i

"you" refers to the controller of the card - the Methuselah.
"Ready" is not listed as a requirement on Agaitas's card text - the ability
functions as long as he's controlled.
