Hey there!

Three rules questions here that popped up during last night's games:

Charming Lobby:
- Is the entire CL action at +1 stealth, as the CL card itself says,
or at +2 because of its own text plus the 'standard' +1 of the
political action card being played? I said only +1.

- Is the "next referendum that will pass automatically" called when
the political action is announced and the PA card is played, or when
the action remains unblocked and the terms get set?
Meaning, does CL wait for an unblocked political action, or does it
only count for the very first next PA, whether blocked or not (meaning
the CL effect could be nullified if the next PA gets blocked)?
I said it waits for the next unblocked PA.

Guruhi Kholo (any Kholo, really):
If the vampire with this card goes to/is in Torpor and there are no
other members of its clan, does the Kholo card burn, or stay on the
vampire?
I said it stays, but I'm not sure at all.

Right.

It's a later action -- whatever one results in a referendum.
Card text: "the next referendum called by any vampire thereafter passes
automatically".

Right.
