hunt does the vampire owning the slaughtering of the herd gain the blood
if I have no blood before the hunt? Second part what happens to a
vampire with no blood thats has to hunt are they burnt or can they not
burn the blood so no effect or do they goto torpor

No, the vampire who placed the Slaughtering the Herd on your vampire
gains no blood.

They cannot burn the blood, and there is no effect. The vampire does
not burn, nor does it go to torpor.
