On the action modifier side, can a Daughter of Cacophony play inferior
The Missing Voice just to cycle the card, even if no block attempts
are being made?
Yes =)

If i don't get blocked (yet) and play superior bonding or fata
morgana, do i get the +1 stealth? (since i usually cannot play stealth
when not blocked)
I thought the answer would be yes, following this:
Meth A bleeds at 1 stealth
Meth B attempts to block and plays enhanced senses (superior), this
gives the blocking vamp 2 intercept even though he only needs 1
intercept
My JOL-partners said that i was wrong (and for the game it didn't
matter much), but it left me in doubt.....
Were they right?
Thx,

no you don't get the +1 stealth. You use fata morgana for +1 bleed instead.
(see new card text)
The old card text prevented you to play superior fata morgana if prey
declined to block because you can't add stealth when you don't need it. The
new wording is more player-friendly ;)
Top-posting makes it hard to follow conversations.
If you aren't refering to the message you're following-up to, then don't
quote it. If you are, then intersperse your comments with the quoted text
that they reference.

Can't play superior Bonding or Fata Morgana for stealth if you don't need
steath. "usually" is "always" - you cannot play stealth when you don't need
stealth (explicit card text to the contrary is needed to overcome this rule).

Different.
You can add X intercept if you need any (even if you only "need" Y << X).
Likewise, you can add X stealth if you need any.

Yes.
