If a vampire burns and is Possessed into play again
in the same minion phase, does the No Repeat Actions
still affect it after it comes back from the grave?

No. (Well, yes, but it has forgotten all of the actions
it took before being burned. If it bleeds after returning
from the ash heap, it cannot bleed again that turn.)
