Just a question about this one, it says
Call a vote, the next vote automatically passes.
Call a vote, the next vote automatically passes.
But it doesn't say the next vote by you, does this mean that if I do a
charming lobby but don't call another vote that who ever calls the next
vote gets an automatic pass?

That is correct. Also true if you try to call another vote, but get blocked.
Note that Blood Hunt votes don't qualify. [TOM 21-SEP-95]
