without +x intercept?

Sure. Or Telepathic Misdirection.
The Methuselah named to be bled would then have to block using
+x intercept or another Defl/TelMisdir herself.

Same as using Telepathic Counter to reduce a bleed. You don't need
to match the stealth to use it.
