[LSJ] NRA again?

We had something come up last night. Well, a couple of things, but
I've googled for those (like Mask of 1000 faces and NRA). But I was
pretty sure that uncarded hunts were not bound by NRA. It was argued
that it was. But the March Halcyon/Freak Drive withdrawal deck says
different.

I did some google searching, and I can't seem to find a definitive
answer. I checked the online rules, and text search for 'NRA' and
'repeat' turned up no discernible results. Where would I find the
definitive answer on NRA?

Rulebook section 6.1 (6.1.1, 6.1.6, and 6.1.7 describe the actions
that a minion cannot repeat. Unrestricted actions are not restricted.)

The rulebook doesn't have "NRA" as a blanket rule -- it merely
restricts a few things (bleed, politcal actions, action cards,
and actions by instance of a card in play).

Hunt is not a restricted action. It is repeatable.

Playable by a tapped minion with Wake?

I'm sure I've seen the answer about "Tap this vampire" on a reaction
card any number of times but I can't remember what it was and I can't
find where it actually says anything in the rulings or rules.

Cards that say "Tap this minion to do X" require an untapped minion (no
wake). (Tapping is a cost)

Cards that say "Tap this minion and do X" or "Tap this minion. Do X"
Can be played with a waking minion. (tapping is a side effect).

Fast Reaction is of the second type, I believe.

Hi all.

One related question that happened yesterday in our game.

Mitru has a Pulled Fangs on him, then via Free States Rant of his
predator Mitru has no blood. Now it's Mitru's controller turn, Mitru
must hunt, but he can't because Pulled Fangs text. He must go torpor.
But, does he go untapped, or since he must attemp to hunt, he is
tapped by hunt action although is'nt succesful?

And second part assuming that Mitru is untapped in torpor, Enkidu,
seeing his pal Mitru in torpor, want to rescue him. If he succes in
rescue action, Mitru will be untapped again and with the Pulled Fangs
on him. He must hunt, but is the same case before. Will he go again to
torpor because hunt is not bound by NRA actions?

Untapped.

He'll go to torpor.
He'd go even if hunt was restricted, since he still hasn't hunted (and
never will, as long as he keeps the Pulled Fangs card).
