What is the current method for getting tournament sanctioning from
WotC (including prize support) and V:EKN? The V:EKN web page
isn't very clear...heck, it doesn't even have the new DCI rules.

See the DCI VTES page:
http://www.wizards.com/DCI/Vampire.html
(It has a link to a PDF form for requesting sanctioning)
Or you can just write to d...@wizards.com, if you don't have Web/PDF
capabilities.

I guess the DCI's announcement wasn't clear enough, eh? The DCI has
resumed complete sanctioning of V:TES. V:EKN acts in an advisory role
but does not have anything to do with the actual sanctioning anymore.

The new DCI rules are effective 9/1/98. Don't rush me! :-) I just
added them on 8/14 as well as the latest DCI sanctioning forms and
instructions.

Well, considering that the V:EKN page was kinda contradictory in that
it had some stuff that isn't true anymore about getting sanctioning....
