CHUNG CHUNG CHUNG CHUNG CHUNG CHUNG CHUNG
Presumably your problem is that you can't win the Blood Hunt vote
when, for example, Etrius diablerizes? There aren't many good ways
I know of to directly retaliate against them for diablerizing if you
can't win the vote. But here's one (slightly sketchy) idea: The Sixth
Tradition: Destruction. Action: Prince/Justicar, +1 stealth. "Only
usable when a vampire has committed diablerie since your last turn.
The diablerizing vampire is burned. This is not considered diablerie."
It's kinda single-purpose, but it could do the trick if you have
Princes or Justicars in your deck.
For a more general solution, you might find that a good Bum's Rush
combat deck would be fairly effective in punishing such chumps as
Etrius for their insolence.

straight from the bad idea fairy to your door..
Call a Blood Hunt vote
Empty your hand of all vote cards in it in favour of destroying Etrius
Get the other players to do the same
Done!
Just like any other vampire.
What you might have seen, though, is that you can't play the Bloodhunt
card on an Inner Circle (it's already not playable on Princes or
Justicars and Errata/Rulings stops it going on Inner Circle as well).
This isn't the same as not being able to call Blood Hunt votes on them.
What can work just as well is calling a Justicar Retribution vote. Make
sure it passes (use Bewitching Oration, Awe, Lyndhurst Estate, Ventrue
Headquarters, Ventrue Directorate Assembly etc.). Burn all Inner Circle
in play (unless Stansylvania has a Gangrel Atavism on her).

If I jumped I should not see the stones rise up to meet me, the fog would hide
them from me. The pain would be sharp and sudden as she said. The fall would
break my neck. It would not be slow, like drowning. It would soon be over.
Call a Blood Hunt (which you can do - it is the Blood Hunt action that
cannot target Inner Circle members). 'Course you'll have to vote like
crazy to pass it.
Or use Sixth Tradition.
