Praxis solomon and contested vampires

Hello:

I was wondering if praxis solomon can settle a vampire contesting,
thanks for your help!

Contesting vampires, yes.

Uncontested vampires contesting titles, no.

and another question, after calling the praxis solomon, if the
referendum is succesful, the cards that i was contesting return after
the referendum or in my next untap face?

IANLSJ and ICBBTCG*, but I believe it would be during your next untap. The
Praxis Solomon seems to require that the yielding happens at the end of the
referdendum, but it doesn't specify special timing for you gaining control
of the contested card, so your control should occur as normal, during your
untap.

Contrast Political Seizure, which appears to allow control of the contested
card to be gained immediately.

Master. Choose a location controlled by another Methuselah. This card
contests that location as though it were the same card, even if the other
location is not unique. When the last copy of that location is yielded, burn
this card; the other card comes into play under your control untapped
instead of being burned.

Praxis Solomon, Political Action, U , [Jyhad:V, V:TES:V]
Political Card - Worth 1 Vote. Called by any vampire at +1 stealth. Only
usable if at least one card is contested. For each contested card, choose
which Methuselah should yield. Successful referendum means that the chosen
Methuselahs yield as you selected.
