{LSJ} Perfectionist + any Reaction + DI

If my vampire with Perfectionist takes an action, another minion plays
a reaction that gets DI'ed (Direct Intervention), and there are no
more reactions or blocks, does my vampire get blood from being Perfect
or not?

I think not, because the reaction was still played.

Perfectionist:
Put this card on a vampire you control. Once per turn, when this
vampire successfully performs an action and no reaction cards are
played, he or she gains 1 blood after the action is resolved. A
vampire can have only one archetype.

Direct Intervention:
Burn a minion card as it is played. The cost of the canceled card is
not paid. If the burned card was an action card, the acting minion
remains untapped. If the card was a strike card, the minion chooses
another strike.
