I assume that at outferior potence, if I play 2 in a round, I have a
total of +4 strength? And if I played 6 (assuming I could pay), I would
have a total of +12 strength?
thank you,
chris

So how about stackability on for instance political actions, like the
Masquerade Enforcement or Camarilla Threat? Will these stack for
respectively 2 pool penalty for transferring out a new minion and 2 pool
penalty for discarding a card during your discard phase (assumed that 2
is in play)??

Yes. All cards stack by default.
Even if a card doesn't say +x to something, each one exerts it's own effect.
In the case of Camarilla Threat you'd have to pay one pool for each
Camarilla Threat. However, note that some cards "set x to y", so cards like
Torn Signpost ( set base strength to 2/3 ) will not stack, each one sets x
to the same y ( assuming played at the same level etc ).
