If I play Rogor Mortis, does that prevent opponent from dodging with
Acrobatics?

Nope. Card text on Rigor Mortis says "cannot use any additional strikes
this round". You're still allowed to GAIN the strikes, you just aren't
allowed to strike with them.

Yes, since the dodge comes with a mandatory prohibited additional strike.

"You can gain additional strikes even if you cannot strike. You still
cannot strike with the additional strike, however. [LSJ 19970821] "

How do these two go together? =)

The prohibition on strikes prevents you from using strike effects (.44 magnum,
hands, Aid from Bats, etc.)

The prohibition on additional strikes prevents you from using additional strike
effects (Blur, Acrobatics, Jacko's special, etc.)

Similarly, a prohibition on presses would prevent you from using presses (Hawg,
Boxed In, etc.)
