Can you spend 2 master phase actions to discard 2 master cards to make
Jacob's controller discard his hand twice if you are his predator?

I used Jacob once. ONCE.

Hopefully his special falls under the one x per y limitation.

You just need to make a deck where you DELIBERATELY include a lot of
useless cards. Then, when your predator discards your hand, you thank
him. Play it 3-4 times, and then make a proper Glitch deck to surprise
them all!
