No. Martin gets -1 only if Matthias is *not* !Tre and not Tre.

Can only use Clan Impersonation once as per restriction. So instead he takes
an action to remove the
Clan Impsersonation, then must go Out of the Frying Pan to lose the title,
and then takes the cardless action to go anarch. Banner, good catch.

Well, burning the Clan Impersonation makes him Salubri and Independent,
so that's enough.

You control Martin Franckel, the other player controls Greta Kircher.

Martin Clan Impersonates into Clan Gangrel. You play 89 Gangrel De-Evolutions
on him. The other player plays 88 Gangrel Atavisms on Martin.

Martin bleeds, your prey burns a Dummy Corporation and plays a Telepathic
Counter and burns a blood using Greta's special.

So the amount is 1 (base) - 1 (Martin) - 2 (Dummy Corp) - 2 (Telepathic
Counter) - 1 (Greta) - 89 (De-Evolution) - 88 (Atavism) = -182 bleed.

-15 bleed. You can get it to -18 if either player plays a Succubus
Club, allowing Martin's controller to pass Matthias's controller his
copy of Monomancy, Gangrel Atavism and Steal the Mind, which
Matthias's controller stacks onto Martin at an appropriate point.
