Blissful Agony, Psyche! and who is the acting minion

Last night a question about an effect has arise in our local
playgroup.

Meth A tried to equip a !Salubri with something.
Meth B, his prey, blocked the action with a Tremere.
Combat begins, range set to close, nothing else, go directly to
strike.
Meth A's !Salubri strikes with a Blissful Agony at superior, choosing
a !Brujah controlled by Meth C, Meth B's prey.
in this new combat, who's the "acting minion" for purposes of playing
cards first?

At the moment, we ruled that since Meth B's Tremere was originally the
blocking minion, so Meth C's !Brujah should play cards first.

Now, reading the text in Blissful Agony, it seems to me that since the
post-S:CE effect is "the opposing vampire ENTERS COMBAT with the
chosen minion", in the above mentioned case, Meth B's Tremere is the
acting minion in the new combat. Is it correct?

If it is, the same would not happen in a new combat generated by
Psyche! at superior is scheduled by a blocking minion, making him the
acting minion now?

Well, see below, but neither of them are the "acting minion" for card
purposes.

I believe that 1.6.1.6 still holds, that is, Meths play cards in this order:

1) Acting Meth
2) Defending Meth
3) Any other Meth, clockwise from acting

So, Meth B (who is still the blocking minion), then Meth C.

Don't think so.

Neither minion is the acting minion.

Meth B's Tremere plays cards first, since she is higher in the priority
list than Meth C.:

1) Acting
2) (D)-Target/Blocker
3) Others (clockwise from Acting)

Psyche! wouldn't change the order of the combatants.
