Looking for Winning !Tremere Storyline Decks

managed to rack up an impressive four wins! (Impressive for an
underdog clan that is).
I have been doing my best to collect information about the various
wins, but am still missing some critical information (especially deck
lists):
#1. Darby Keeney won a storyline with a deck centered around Orlando
Oriundus and Mob Rule. I'd definitely be interested in taking a peek
at the deck list.
#2. There was a win in Japan, but I have not been able to find either
the winner or the exact decklist. Rumor has it it was a Burst of
Sunlight + Rotschreck deck and that more details are available on the
Japan VTES web-site, but Babelfish hasn't really been helpful in
figuring things out.
#3. There was also apparantly a win in Rockville, MD. Any details on
the winner and the winning deck?
#4. This final request is a bit more dated (back to the Return of
Nergal storyline from a year and a half ago). Back then, Marc-Andre
Tremblay won a Quebec event with a Valerius deck. At the time, he
wasn't ready to share his decklist but maybe he'd be willing to dig it
up now, since Third Edition has drastically altered options for Group
3/4.
So if anyone could help me with any information, it would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

He won the Return of Nergal Stroyline tournament held in Quebec city
on October 16th 2005 and never posted his decklist on the VEKN Quebec
forum. I just left a new message for him on that tournament's report
thread.

Deck Name : Orlando Is Connected
Author : Darby Keeney
Environment: 2006 Millenium Cultist Storyline - Longmont Colorado Tournament
Winning Deck. Built specifically for the storyline, not tested before
tournament. Reconstructed from memory (3/11/07)
Description : Mostly straightfoward stealthy bleed/vote multiaction. Mob
Rule offers vote/anti-vote push with Orlando's doubling special. Mob Rule,
Croc Tongue and Terrel's blood stealing drive Banishment. Titus Camille was
a storyline-specific addition (equipment-stealing, access to Demonstration).
Likewise, Anarch Troublemaker was storyline tech.
Thankfully, I didn't see rush combat all day. I outstealthed all the
intercept/combat decks with !Tremere - hah!
Highlight of the day: I suggested that the table not to call a vote on the
Reverend - I had "nearly infinite" voting power. A cross-table player calls
the vote on the Reverend anyway - the acting minion plays Awe for a crapload
of votes while the Methuselah smirks. I respond with Mob Rule and hilarity
ensures. The vote fails 39-37 (still lots of blood to burn on big vampires
everywhere on the table). The vote is Delayed after the fail just for good
measure- while I still had another Mob Rule in hand. Anyone who didn't see
anti-vote tech in this storyline should come play with us......
Improvements/Variants: More Banishment (definately). Mind Rape/Heidleburg
module. Sabbat Priest (less stealth). Change of Target (less stealth).
