Vampires
Pander - is a clan [S.2]
Wild Hunt - is another name for a Blood Hunt. The terms are interchangeable.
You do not have to control any particular type of anything to call a Hunt.
[LSJ 970224]
Politics
Prisci are *not* prohibited from voting in the main vote if they have votes.
[LSJ 970224]
Prisci in general have zero votes (for effects that operate based
on the number of votes a vampire has). [RTR 970630]
The Prisci Vote
Only Methuselahs who control Prisci may vote in the Prisci Vote.
[S.3] [RTR 970425]
Only Prisci votes can be cast in the Prisci sub vote (i.e., the vote
received for being a Priscus plus any vote that says it is used in the
Prisci Vote). [S.3] [LSJ 970224]
If a Priscus is forced to abstain or to change his votes, then this
includes his votes in the Prisci Vote as well as his votes (if any) in
the main vote. [LSJ 970224]
Prisci Disposition
If the Prisci subvote is in favor of the main vote, then every Priscus is
considered to have voted in favor. If the Prisci subvote is against the
main vote, then every Priscus is considered to have voted against. It
doesn't matter whether any given Priscus voted for or against the subvote,
or abstained. [RTR 970630] :P01:

CARD-SPECIFIC RULINGS
Antonio Delgado - vampire (Las) (9):
Does not untap if the vote isn't successful (doesn't pass). [LSJ 970224]
Beast, Leatherface of Detroit - vampire (NosA):
Can play a Zip Gun, since that is not an equip action. [LSJ 970519]
Blood Brother Ambush - Action Modifier/Ally (BruA) (2):
Can be used by a BrujahAnti taking an action while in torpor. If this
happens, the blocker still gets the oppotunity to commit diablerie.
[RTR 970306]
The blocker can commit diablerie even if he ends up in torpor after the
combat (if blocking the action can normally result in diablerie).
[RTR 970425]
The life total is an effect of putting the card into play normally. If the
card comes into play through some other means, then it has 0 life and is
burned as soon as it enters play. [RTR 970630]
Blood of Acid - combat (Vic) (2):
The effect lasts for the duration of combat. [RTR 970630]
Environmental Damage (Weather Control, etc.) isn't counted. :C02:
The effect is only applied when the range is close. [LSJ 970926] !NEW!
Bloodbath - action (1):
If the target already has or subsequently gains a title, then he doesn't
get an extra vote from the Bloodbath. If the target loses his title,

Bonecraft - combat (vis) (1):
the "(This does not affect the Strike Resolution step this round.)" reminder

The vampire keeps his chosen discipline at superior until his controller's
next untap phase even if the retainer is burned or stolen. [LSJ 970224]

Entering combat with the "that vampire" is a (D) action (errata). [LSJ 970922]
!NEW!
Catatonic Fear - combat (pre):
The damage is dealt just after the combat ends. [RTR 970630] :C03:
The damage is only dealt if the round was at close range. [LSJ 970904] !NEW!
Code of Milan Suspended - political action:
the "Methuselah with the edge" is not determined until the vote is
successful. If the Meth with the edge burns it for a vote, then a
successful vote will have no effect. [RTR 970306]
Communal Haven: Temple - master (1):
The Sabbat vampire targetted by a (D) action doesn't get the +1 intercept
bonus from this card. [LSJ 970224]
Derange - action (dem):
cannot be moved to a Malkavian Antitribu vampire. [LSJ 970224]
superior should read: "As above, and the vampire with this card does not
untap as normal. He or she may burn 1 blood once during his controller's
untap phase to untap." [LSJ 970224]
Detection - master:
Should read: "Put this card on a Lasombra. The vampire with this card does
not untap as normal, but may burn 1 blood once during his controller's
untap phase to untap. The vampire with this card cannot cast votes. The
vampire with this card may burn this card as a (D) action." [LSJ 970224]
Direct Intervention - master: out-of-turn (1):
If used to cancel a card during a political action, neither card is replaced
until the political action is ended. [LSJ 970224]
Dirty Little Secrets - action modifier (NosA):
If the methuselah you are bleeding doesn't burn any pool (if she calls in a
Major Boon, for example), then she doesn't burn any cards from her
library, either. [LSJ 970224]
Ethan Locke - vampire (TreA) (9):
The (D) action is directed at the controller of the skill card. [LSJ 970224]
Fire Dance - action:
The target vampire is chosen when the action is announced. The action is
undirected even if you do not control the target. [RTR 970425]
Fleshcraft - combat (vis):
The action to burn fleshcraft suffers the -1 stealth penalty as well, so
is usually at zero stealth to start. [LSJ 970224]

If he hunts, he must still take the (D) action vs. a vampire, even if there
are no vampires with blood to steal. [LSJ 970224]
When hunting on a target that has no blood to steal, a successful action
will simply have no effect (stealing zero blood). [LSJ 970224]
If there are no targets (vampires) at all, then the vampire cannot hunt.
[LSJ 970224]
The amount gained (stolen) by the hunt is not affected by effects that affect
the amount gained by hunting (e.g., Aaron's Feeding Razor). [RTR 970630]
Machine Blitz - combat (tha):

does not count against this vampire's additional strike effect limit for
this round." [LSJ 970224]
Reform Body - combat/reaction (vis):
Is both a reaction card and a combat card. To play it, the vampire must be
Ready, in combat, and being burned. [RTR 970428]
The reacting vampire need not be untapped. (errata) [RTR 970630]
If the vampire is being diablerized, but saves himself with Reform Body, the
diablerie is considered unsuccessful. The diabolist gets nothing from the
victim, and no Blood/Wild Hunt can be called. [LSJ 970224]
Cannot be played from Torpor, since it is a reaction card. [LSJ 970224]

range-setting effect. It cannot be ignored by Dragos, nor used by a
vampire with less than two blood. [LSJ 970224]
Sword of Judgment - equipment (BruA) (2):
Cannot be used by a non-Brujah-Anti (card text). [LSJ 970224]
Treat it as "Strike: hand damage +1. The BruAnti with this equipment gets
an optional additional strike each round of combat." [LSJ 970821]
Thanks for the Donation - action (dom):
stays in play even though it is a minion card and the minion it is on is
contested. Treat it as if it says: "Put this card into play and choose a
card your are contesting with another Methuselah..." [LSJ 970224]
War Ghoul - Ally (Tzi) (3):
If you have no other allies and no retainers in play when War Ghoul is
recruited, then you burn War Ghoul to satisfy card text. [RTR 961113]
