Does Kahina the Sorceress's special ability (She can call a referendum
to inflict 1 damage on each minion who has one of your Corruption
counters as a +1 stealth political action.):

a)inflict one damage for each of you corruption counters
b)inflict exactly one damage if a minion has one or more corruption
counters
c)inflict one damage if and only if a minion has _exactly_ one
corruption counter, no more, no less?
