I have a question about Torrent vs On the Qui/ Wake up/ Eyes of Argus

Torrent (KoT:C)
Cardtype: Combat
Cost: 2 blood
Discipline: Celerity
(cel): Additional strike.
(CEL): Strike: combat ends. If this vampire was blocked while
performing an action, the action continues as if unblocked.


If i blocked with any minion or vampire with On the Qui, Eyes of Argus
or Wake Up, and the acting vampire plays Torrent.

Is the acting vampire forced to continue the action or can end combat
without continue the action ?

I'm seeing a fair bit of Torrent lately, but I'm really not sure it's
worth the 2 blood cost.

Retain the Quick Blood, Adana Sforza, any vamp with Eye of Hazimel,
etc

Aching Beauty. Really shines with this as a fair number of Torries
seem to be able to play torries..... ;)
