Cool idea. I would get rid of the Potence angle and streamline it
towards ANI and ABO, with OBF/PRO support. Horseshoes is
unconvincing, since you're going to have enough actions each turn
without that. Cards that I would consider adding:
Blood Doll, Vessel, or Villein instead of Minion Tap, so you have
better blood management.
Life in the City
Hunting Grounds (including possibly Club Zombie)
Giant's Blood
Mapatano Utando
More combat (primarily Fortitude prevent, and perhaps a Canine Horde
or two)
Reliquary: Akunanse Remains
Heart of Nizchetus
Kevlar Vest
Perhaps Steadfastness for some reaction diversification
Mbare Market, Harare
Mozambique Allure (to decrypt, or make Nostoket Laibon to benefit from
Kamiri's merge text)
Epiphany (and go 4-1 base-advanced on Kamiri)

Hah, funny. I was actually looking at this precise concept yesterday
but I ended up ditching it as it seemed like too many moving parts,
and more importantly their damage dealing actions are not at stealth.
So I ended up working on a Nostoket/Shattering deck instead that I
think (hope) can do better. Have you tried this out yet?
If really wanting to go with this I would probably ditch the potence
and qui angle and get a lot more stealth in there. Also I would look
at more ways to remove blood from vampires as it technically only has
to be the last one that is damage :) Maybe some action cancelling like
Change of Target as people will have paid the blood to try and block

Society, gregory winter, young bloods, maybe even Smiling jack
(especially with all the untap you have) or vampiric disease (if you
add more range combat - Aid from Bats probably or a gun).
But most importantly I would add stealth.

I was thinking Impundulu, Gregory Winter, Young Bloods, Society, but
in a Jibade el-Bahrawi/Charisma deck. I don't think the currently
proposed deck has the pool/blood gain to support the allies at this
point.
