Dear LSJ:

Can a minion with multiple strikes, use the same strike card for each of
those strikes?

Can a minion keep gaining extra strikes using the same card?

When do those additional strike cards have to be played? At beginning
round? After first strike resolved? Any time?

Not the same copy of a strike card, but otherwise, yes.
You could play three Undead Strengths for your three strikes in
a round if you play superior Blur, for example.

One per round, yes. (You cannot gain additional strikes more than
once in a given round).

After the first (initial) strikes are resolved.
