[LSJ] Tournament rules question

Hi,

I have a question about the sections 4.2 and 4.3 of the V:EKN Tournament
Rules. I am thinking about the changes on Banishment. It is changed in
the most recent printing, but the card is new and so it's not allowed in
tournament play. The question is: Which version of Banishment may I use
in tournament play this week?

The pre-FN version. That's why FN cards (incl. reprints) are not allowed in
tournaments - so that people don't get confused over the changes in card text
that aren't yet applicable to V:EKN tournaments.
