Now we all know that a titled Camarilla vampire loses his title when he is
deranged, but what about a previously called Archon on said vampire. do the
Archon abilities go away when he is deranged?

No.
The vampire is an archon once the referendum succeeds. Card text makes
no indication of continually checking the sect of the target.

Is Archon a title? Can a vampire have a political title and be an
archon as well?
