Every time I build a combat deck with a star, I'm a bit pissed off by
the fact that there's no card with no prerequisite that gives a
permanent rush, except Talbot's Chainsaw (expensive + the 3 damage to
handle) or Eye of Hazimel (expensive). I understand that perma rush
shouldn't be given too easily, so here's what I thought of:

Name: Tracker
Cardtype: Ally
Mortal with 1 life. 1 strength, 0 bleed.
Tracker may put a mark counter on any minion as a +1 stealth (D)
action. Any ready minion may enter combat with a minion with a mark
counter as a +1 stealth (D) action.
Burn all mark counters during your discard.

Benefits:
- free, not unique
- the rush action is a 1 stealth and may benefit many minions
- it can mark different minions on different turns
Drawbacks:
- can be killed easily
- action to mark can be blocked quite easily.
- cannot be used right away.

So basically, it's not an auto include in any rush deck, but gives an
alternate way to create combats.

Probably not what you're after since sects are required:

Two cards that see little use are Blood Hunt for Camarilla and War
Party for Sabbat.
Basically unremovable permanet rush at stealth against the target.

Also, Sabbatvise you could play Dogs of War for your !Brujah.

Cheers,

Indeed, but I tend to play with Independant vampires.

What's wrong with Eye of Hazimel? It's awesome. If you're multi-
rushing with a star vampire, who cares about 1 pool per turn?

There are lots of ways to get rush. If you can't play blood hunt, war
party, archon, templar, warrant, scourge, red list, trumped-up
charges, political struggle, or other action cards, how about Haven
Uncovered or Frontal Assault? Oppugnant Night is a great new rush
card, except that it's for Blood Brothers.

The cards that already exist are just too plentiful for this to be a
problem. Rush decks that focus on a star are more often the problem
because of their fragility.

The card costs 3 pool, with a penalty if being destroyed. Sure, it
gives some nice extras but they're not always needed.

It's not a question of fragility. Ok, forgot about the "star" thing;
I'd like a card that provides a permanent rush to a minion, without
requirements. Haven Uncovered is nice but is a master. Frontal is also
a master, and doesn't suit well in some decks.
Any way, I was suggesting something new which could lead to new decks.

Fair enough. I interpreted the thread as more of a "there aren't
enough ways to consistently rush people" argument, which I disagree
with. New card ideas are always good, but too often ignored. The card
you suggest seems pretty balanced, something that would also fill a
deck-building gap. Good idea!

Shakar is a Master that costs 1 pool and allows a Black Hand vampire
to rush a younger non-BH vampire at will

Shakar is very good. Hand Contract is also extremely good. Free,
trifle, permanent stealth rush on someone.
