Hello,

An anarch Utah Kovacs plays Sowing Dissension ("If this action is
blocked by a non-titled vampire, the acting anarch can burn 1 blood to
cancel combat and untap.") and plays superior Mirror Walk to try to
get it through ("+1 stealth, and if this action is blocked, the action
ends (with no combat)."). She gets blocked by a non-titled vampire.

Can she untap (using Sowing Dissension's ability) before Mirror Walk
ends the action ?

Can she play Venenation ("Only usable when this acting minion is
blocked, before combat begins") before Mirror Walk ends the action ?

No. When it is blocked, the action ends.
