Complete Rules Outline compilation announcement.

[L. Scott Johnson]

My next post is an outline of *all* of the rules except for
card specific rules.

Every rule is marked with a reference to the rules or to the DTR
or TOM Wylie's remarks, as appropriate.

All are official, except that I've extended the concept that
Kine (allies) cannot bother Kindred in torpor.

(The only way Kine could still get into torpor was to transfer
equipment, and I see no reason why this should be treated as
a special case, so I restricted it.)

Anyway, the "enhancements" to official rules are marked with [LSJ].

Please e-mail comments directly to me, so that this group does not
become (more) cluttered with posts. I will post updated versions
as needed.
