Have your Tremere Laibon Magic of the Smith Ankara Citadel.
Call the Eldest Command Undeath with your Tremere Laibon with the
Ankara Citedel to burn Arika, because the filthy bitch deserves it.
This only costs 6.
Use Bewitching Oration to push the vote through.
You win 5 to 4.
Bleed out the now traumatized former controller of the now burnt Arika
who is your prey with an army of Gargoyles using Virstania's special to
bleed at +1 bleed. Add Predator's Mastery for and extra +1 bleed.
