Does the action continue? If yes, then would a successful blocker get
a chance to diablerize Iliana? I would assume that if Constanza did not
torporize Iliana, then the bleed would continue, right?

Yes. Entering combat neutralizes any "continue action" effect.
This includes combat from Fast Reaction and includes continue
action from Shadow Body.
Yes. Only the "continue action" effect is neutralized.

I'm unsure what else my answer could be construed to mean, but,
since the question has come up, to be /perfectly/ straight:
No, the second FoM only gives +1 stealth (card text).
When the example involves a zero-stealth action (like a bleed),
this will result in the acting minion having a total of two
stealth: 0 +1 for the first FoM and +1 for the second = 2.
If the second FoM allowed the action to continue at +2 stealth,
then the action (if at zero stealth to begin with) would be at
a total of three stealth. This is not the case.

This is what I meant by "+2 stealth," I apologize for my lack
of clarity, as I've only been speaking english now for 21 years
or so (doh).

In the case of Fast Reaction you'd get no strike. But if the combat
were Psyched then you could play FoM again but the "continue action"
effect would not work because it was previously neutralized. Once the
chain of "continue action" is broken you cannot "continue" anymore. Or
to put it in a more confusing way, if you've been prevented from
continuing then you certainly cannot continue continuing. :)

By your reasoning, though, you would have been "prevented from
continuing" by the initial block. The second FoM overrides the
cancellation of the continue action from the first FoM, which
was stated by LSJ earlier on this thread.
And in the case of Fast Reaction, the FoM would obviously be
played in a second or later round.
