If I equip a minion with Inverarray, Scotland, and he takes an action to
move 1 blood on the card, from what source is the blood moved ?
From the minion or from the blood bank ?
Is the +X bleed permanent or just for the next bleed action ?

From the minion.

Permanent...provided the location isn't stolen or destroyed.

From the vampire.

It is based on the counters on the Inveraray (and possession of
the Inveraray), so is "permanent" as long as he keeps the
Inveraray (since the counters aren't burned).
