Yes, I realize that a Paranoid Deranged vampire cannot take the action
required to move the Derange, but what if the person who played the
Derange is ousted and the Derange disappears, but the Paranoia was played
by someone else who was not ousted?

Nothing. Card text:
"Put this card on a Malkavian antitribu. The vampire with this card cannot
attempt actions."
The card only cares about the clan of the vampire when played; after that it
doesn't matter.

Nothing. The card remains, and has its normal effect.

Makes sense, given card text.

Nothing really, just a vague uneasiness at a non Malk AntiTribu having a
Malk AntiTribu derangement...
As I keep telling myself... It's a CARD GAME, not REAL LIFE. =)
