can you use temptation more than once in a turn?
eg: if the vampire ends up empty, can you burn 0 temptation counters to
untap him and hunt?

when you use the Tempt you must burn ALL the counters on the card, and to
use it again you must have at least " a counter" on the Tempt (card's
text),

No. It uses a "During X, Do Y" template for each of its abilities
(master phase considerations, minion phase considerations).
During X, Do Y means *once* During X, Do Y.

WW website :

[SER] As above, but put a counter on this card when you put it on the
vampire.
IMHO, I think it is possible to burn zero counter to take control of a

Im' sorry to see that, by the supported James response on this thread,
the english language logic is different from the italian one.
That is, in italian, "number of counter" means = 1 or more;
else, with zero counter
there's NO counter, and no "number of counter" to burn at all...
Anyway, i see that's the way it works, so, sorry for giving a wrong
response.

Heck, you could make a whole deck with nothing but non-unique vampires!
Blood Doll off the Fida'I, and then let them untap with a zero-counter
Temptations (put on by your Aabbt Kindred), hunt with Succulent Vitae, and
then untap them with a 1-counter Temptation. They're ready to go, and able
to play some cool card (Blood Clots, Foul Blood, Taste of Death, etc) for
free!
Of course, first you need the 8-12 Temptations...drat. =)
