Here's the sequence of events:
Vamp A performs W action
Vamp X blocks W action.
Combat plays out with a net result of vampire X being either burned or
in torpor and vampire A still ready.
Vamp A taps a Ambulance to continue with action W
Vamp Y attempts to block action W
Vamp A plays Tangle Atropos' hand.
Questions:
1: Is this a legal use of Tangle?
2: If so, is Vamp A "untainted" for the purpose of NRA?
