This come up during the tournament. Votes are just like any other action,
correct [new rule book p41, section 18.3 - cf p39, section 18.1]? IE
blockable by Prey or Predator but NO-ONE ELSE [short of an Anneke or
Eagles' Sight]?

It's just that the other group have got it into their heads that ANYONE
can block a political action. I had to accept it because I didn't have a
rule book handy and had to do a LOT of demeaning grovelling to get my
grand-predator/prey to vote with me.

Of course i mean, not block me. In the end he didn't block and did vote
with me, but it didn't matter.

Correct (if you include Enzo Giovanni in your short list).

Political Actions are undirected actions, and as such can only
be blocked by minions of your Predator or Prey.
