Few times I ordered something from ebay (I don't remember from whom,
but it was inter alia from France and Portugal), but I don't do it
myself, since I don't have PayPal account.

So far I've used Lasombra's, Rick's and Australias-Online. I've been
planning of ordering my eventual next batch from House Atreides, of
course depending on the availability of certain cards.

Both, individual cards usually from Ebay (Rick Stock) and boosters,
starters and boxes i usually buy from a FLGS.

I've done all of the above. If I buy from Ebay, I go for good combined
shipping(or free in the case of Billy's), good selection, and/or I'll
see something I can get a good deal at auction(i.e. the portugese Ebay
store). You have a good selection and reasonable prices for most
things, I just don't often need $20 worth of stuff. If I go for bigger
items (i.e. Charisma, certain other rares), then I go for auctions.

I will admit that I now buy more singles than sealed product as I just
don't need more of most that gets reprinted and I like to see how the
new cards pan out before spending hard cash on them. Having said
that, if you are able to see a cards worth before others do
(particularly when a new set is released) then you can nail a few
bargains on ebay!

I mostly buy cards from e-bay but I mostly just go for the auctions
and not the stores. Have bought from Rick at one time though iirc.

cards.
