I have a minion with the Winchester Mansion equipped and I play a
master out of turn. Has the text of Winchester Mansion been satisfied
by the playing of a master out of turn?

Winchester Mansion
This equipment card represents a unique location and does not count as
equipment while in play. The vampire with this location has superior
Dementation [DEM]. During each of your master phases, if you do not
play a master card from your hand, this vampire burns 1 blood.

No, not unless you play the MOOT during your master phase (currently pretty hard
to do, since MOOTs cannot be played on your own turn by default).

Well, you could potentially play a Leadership Vacuum during the Master
phase of your own turn if, for example, a vampire is burned during
your Master phase (due to something like Toy Chest Test). Though, as
already mentioned, it would be exceedingly rare and cornercase.
