Hello,

Can I play Golconda: Inner Peace on Unleash Hell's Fury during my
Master Phase to gain 9 pool?

Golconda: Inner Peace
Type: Master
Master.
Choose a vampire with a capacity 8 or more. Remove that vampire from
the game. His or her controller gains pool equal to the vampire's
capacity. His or her controller may cancel this card as it is played
by burning 2 pool.

Unleash Hell's Fury
Type: Action
Requires: infernal Daimoinon
Cost: 2 pool
+1 stealth action. Requires an infernal vampire. Unique.
[dai] Put this card in play. This card may attempt to block a (D)
action against you and is considered a 9-capacity infernal vampire
with +2 intercept during that attempt; if successful, the acting
minion takes 1 unpreventable aggravated damage, and this card is
burned.
[DAI] As above, and untap this vampire. Burn option.

No. Unless UHF is actually being used during a block attempt, it is
not seen as a vampire. Thus you cannot play Golconda on it (or
villein, or vessel, or secure haven, or...)

No.
Unleash Hell's Fury is not a vampire. It is considered so when, and
only when, it is attempting to block a (D) action against you. Thus,
no Golconda (nor Khobar Towers, ...)

I even think UHF doesn't trigger Tension in the Ranks, when it
successfully block (that is, at resolution, after the block attempt,
when it is burned).
