Hello all,

the obvious question:

If a minion uses Car Bomb (see
http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/Preview_Anarchs.html) against an acting
minion who happens to have more than one vehicle: Who chooses which
vehicle is burned?

The obvious answer:
"A minion may have only 1 vehicle."

And... since I have to tap the minion before blocking attempts are declared
I suppose I have to play a wake before I can attempt to block.
