Hi, as title, Can Earth shock be used at close range? thanks!

[pot] Strike: strength ranged damage. This strike cannot be dodged.
Not usable against a minion with flight.

[POT] As above, but for strength+1 ranged damage.

Yes.

In general, strikes that are ranged can be played and will be
effective at all ranges.

Some specific strikes will have text that restrict them to long range
only.

Yes. It doesn't say it can't.
