When a vote is called, does the "vote" for the card (if there is one) get
attributed to the Controlling Methuselah, or to the acting minion?
Can that vote be cast against the vote?
Bribes says votes cast in your favor gain the pool, what if you oppose your
own vote? Is your favor against the vote?
thanks

The former.
> Can that vote be cast against the vote?
Yes. It can also go uncast, at the Methuselah's discretion.

No. "in your favor" means "for" the referendum you have called.

Isn't this point moot though? The text of Bribes just says: "Gain 1
pool. Any other Methuselah who votes in your favor and does not vote
against you gains 1 pool when the results of the referendum are
tallied." You'd just gain 1 pool regardless of how you vote.
Jeff
It isn't moot for the other players - they don't have to vote to
match how you cast the vote from the PA - they just have to vote
in favor of the referendum you've called.
