I can expect this strategy to generate massive amounts of table hate
(see Nergal). Use Smiling Jack and Anarch Revolt to grind the table
down. Use Parity Shifts to have the players get eliminated in the
order of your chosing.

These will cost a lot of blood if Anneke taps to call an alastor or

Anneke can be nasty, but this deck needs tightening up before it can
reliably do anything.

I thought about Lucas as well because he can get Ankara Citadel which
I thought would alleviate the cost as well.
Yeah, I had it in there at first, but the Eye does the trick for him.
There are not that many non-combat cards with a cost in the deck, so I
ended up taking it out.
